Open Positions

Healthcare Provider

Physicians, nurse practitioners or other healthcare providers who would like to join the team and certify patients for medical cannabis. We are open to applications from healthcare providers who are licensed in multiple states and who believe in cannabis as medicine.

Key responsibilities:
• Meet with patients via our telemedicine platform – we are open 7 days a week.
• Provide a high quality, compassionate experience.
• Work collaboratively with our in-house patient care team to deliver a great end to end experience.
• Become part of Leafwell’s ongoing education and research programs, helping to demystify cannabis as medicine.

Creative Producer & Content Creator

We are looking for a seasoned Creative Producer and content creator that has exceptional creative storytelling skills and ideally skilled in still photography, design, video production and editing, art direction, and retouching.

Key responsibilities:
• Support the content production team with researching, capturing and sourcing photography.
• Work across departments to put together pitch decks, mood boards, and updates to the company portfolio.
• Collaborate with the marketing and editorial teams to implement content in WordPress.
• Involved in content production including art direction and postproduction editing.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience with live video shooting and photography.
• Editing expertise (Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).

Customer Services Representative

Working in a fast paced environment, you’ll be ensuring patients have an optimised experience on our platform, and providing assistance and support on the phones and support chat.

Key responsibilities:
• Provide a high level of customer service across the phones and support chat.
• Assist patients in navigating the different regulations and cannabis programs.
• Support our network of physicians and the fast paced day to day operations of the virtual clinic.
• Help deliver the best patient experience throughout their journey with Leafwell.

Outreach Coordinator

Responsible for raising the awareness of Leafwell within local communities, building and tracking partnerships with relevant organizations and driving traffic to the website.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop marketing and local outreach strategy, by building and establishing partnerships.
• Assist in event planning and execution for Leafwell and stakeholders/partners.
• Build collaborative efforts with Leafwell staff, industry leaders, and state/county health departments that align with Leafwell’s goals and intentions.
• Identify current problems within the community, report findings and work collectively to mediate issues and concerns, therefore delivering solutions.

Social Media Manager

As Leafwell’s Social Media Manager, you will develop, implement and manage the social media and digital strategy to support the company’s business objectives across online platforms.

Key responsibilities:
• Increase visibility on a local, state and national level and drive traffic from our social platforms to our website as well as building an authoritative brand with a loyal online community
• Support cross department objectives including marketing, outreach, content and partnerships
• Develop strategies for each channel, manage the creation of content and coordinate the distribution of this content across each channel
• Monitor performance and brand mentions and develop monthly reports and targets to match KPIs
