Caregivers must be aged 18 or over. Caregivers may only have one (1) patient at a time. No registration fee for caregivers – patients must designate a caregiver on their application form if they need one. After December 31, 2023, caregivers will not be allowed to grow medical cannabis except for minors/adults lacking legal capacity and on islands that do not have a dispensary.
