Nebraska and Oklahoma filed an original action against Colorado for legalizing cannabis in 2013 and 2014, arguing that it caused an increase in the cannabis trade in their own states. In March 2016, the Court denied Nebraska and Oklahoma’s request to proceed with its suit.
