    Director of Digital Marketing

    REMOTE - USA

    The Director of Digital Marketing at Leafwell is responsible for leading the company's digital marketing strategy. This role encompasses managing various aspects like SEO, content creation, paid media, and team leadership to increase leads and revenue for Leafwell’s telemedicine products. The director will oversee a diverse team, implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, optimize campaigns, and focus on SEO and user-friendly web development. Additionally, the role involves brand building, community engagement, and staying updated with digital marketing trends for continuous innovation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the Digital Marketing team in achieving the primary goal of increasing telemedicine total leads month-over-month, with a focus on leads demonstrating sufficient intent to convert through the product funnel at an acceptable conversion rate, aligning with the Telemedicine team's KPI for revenue growth. Evaluate these KPIs and their precursors on a state-by-state basis using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Semrush, and internal Company Dashboard data.
    • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to synergize lead sourcing efforts, ensuring the Digital Marketing team's strategies for generating leads, including content creation, SEO, lifecycle marketing, paid advertising, influencer collaboration, and conversion optimization, align seamlessly with the broader user acquisition strategy of Leafwell.
    • Define and monitor success by measuring leads as users who sign up for the telemedicine platform, providing their state, email, and phone number, and ensure that the team's efforts are directly contributing to revenue growth.

    Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
    • Extensive experience in digital marketing, with a track record of progressively responsible roles. A minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, as well as a history of fostering collaboration and innovation.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
    • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and strategies is crucial for optimizing organic search visibility and driving traffic.
    • Experience in developing and executing content marketing strategies that align with SEO goals and brand messaging.
    • Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including PPC, social media ads, and display advertising.
    • A strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to maximize lead generation and revenue growth.
    • Familiarity with advanced digital analytics tools and methodologies for monitoring and analyzing campaign performance.
    • Proven ability to manage digital marketing budgets efficiently and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
    • A commitment to staying updated with digital marketing trends and technologies, with a mindset for continuous innovation and improvement.
    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including partnerships, web development, design, and more.
    • A strategic mindset with the ability to align digital marketing efforts with overall company objectives.

    Preferred:

    • Master's degree in marketing, MBA, or a relevant field.
    • 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing.
    • Experience in creating content and formulating content writing strategies.
    • Knowledge of the telemedicine or healthcare industry. Understanding the unique challenges and regulatory requirements of the healthcare sector.
    • Experience in brand building, particularly in highly regulated or sensitive industries, and the ability to communicate the company's value proposition effectively.
    • Skills in fostering community engagement and leveraging social media to build a loyal and engaged user base.
